DESCRIPTION

The maize crop totals  192 acres (77.70  Hectares) available as a whole or in 7 lots.  The variety of the maize is ‘Prospect, Zimo and Promise’. All the maize has had 150 kg  of DAP on planting and top dressed with 300 kg  of 34.5 straight nitrogen.

 

 

LOCATION

The maize crop is in four locations.

LOTS 1 – 3  – WHITEGATE

LOT 4 – NOVA SCOTIA

LOT 5 – HARTFORD

LOT 6 & 7 – KINGSTREET MIDDLEWICH

 

AGREEMENT

• The maize will be available via a ‘standing maize sale agreement`. The purchase fee is to be paid via BACS on the signing of the agreement and before harvest. The maize is to be cleared by 30th September 2026.
• Please note neither the highest nor any offer will necessarily be accepted.
• The purchaser will be responsible for insuring the crop on the date of purchase.
• The purchaser will be liable for clearing any mud on the road.
