Selby Rural joins Virgin Money Valuation Panel
Selby Rural is pleased to announce its appointment to the Virgin Money Valuation Panel, representing another exciting milestone in the development of the business and the continued growth of its rural valuation work.
The appointment reflects the progress Selby Rural has made in building its valuation services and strengthening its position within the agricultural and rural property sector.
Experience and expertise in rural property
Rural property often presents unique valuation considerations, including the quality and potential uses of agricultural land to buildings, occupancy, planning matters and future development potential. Understanding these factors requires specialist knowledge of the rural sector, alongside a clear appreciation of the needs of lenders and property owners when reporting.
Tom Selby and Carys Studley lead the valuation work at Selby Rural. Both are RICS Registered Valuers and bring over 25 years of combined experience in rural property and valuation.
Working with a wide network of landowners, farmers, agents, solicitors and professional advisers, we pride ourselves on delivering independent, well-reasoned valuations supported by practical rural expertise and a thorough understanding of the properties being assessed.
Looking ahead
Joining the Virgin Money Valuation Panel is a welcome addition to our existing panel appointments and an encouraging step as we continue to develop the business.
We look forward to building a strong working relationship with Virgin Money and continuing to provide a trusted, specialist valuation service across the rural property sector.
