DIRECTIONS

From the M6 (Junction 20): Follow signs for Warrington on the A50. At the first roundabout, take the first exit onto Grappenhall Lane. At the subsequent roundabout, take the second exit onto Broad Lane. Continue for 1.1 miles; the property sits on the right-hand side.
